A unique document about a turning point in Italian youth culture at the beginning of the 90ies, through music and the places where it was played. The independent music scene, rap, hip-hop, ragamuffin and world music, sang in Italian and in regional dialects after many years. Places of meeting and fighting, squattings, suburbs, squares. Interviews with the main characters, concerts, improvised jam sessions, demonstrations and police attacks. Turin in 1992, FIAT-town as a laboratory of new conflicts. With Mau Mau, Africa Unite, Assalti Frontali, 99 Posse, Frankie Hi'n'r'g, Fratelli di Soledad. Devastatin' Posse, To.sse, Radio Rebelde, The Next Diffusion, African Outlaws, THC, Dissociata Posse.
