A documentary dedicated to the exhibition at the Museum of the Twentieth Century and Gallerie d'Italia Piazza Scala in Milan, tracing the presence of twentieth century Italian art in New York and in the United States as a whole. A journey through precious archives which bear witness to the relationships between Italy and the United States from the 1930s onwards. Depero, de Chirico, Burri, Fontana, Vedova and Capogrossi are just a few of the leading players in this extraordinary tale.
