Marco Duretti

Born in Torino, 1970.

1992 Programme director diploma, EEC course on new technologies applied to the entertainment industry, CLAU Turin University.

Founder member of Zenit Arti Audiovisive, he works in editing and post-production since 1992.

He works on Final Cut and Avid. He edited and finalized documentaries for ARTE, ZDF, TELE+, RAISAT, RAITRE, DISCOVERY CHANNEL, RTBF, RTSI; L’enigma del sonno, Hard Living Kids, La ballata di Geraldina, La combattente, Building the Winter Games; shorts and documentaries in competition at the Torino Film Festival (awarded in 1996 Spazio Italia competition, Special Jury Award Doc 2004), at the Banff Mountain Film Festival; he also edited commercials, educational, corporate videos for institutions and promotional for Acquerello, Bottero, Caffarel, Città di Torino, CSI-Piemonte, Festival del Cinema Sportivo, Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, IKEA, Isvor Fiat, Iveco, Loescher Editore, Museo Correr, PBM Editori, Provincia di Torino, Rhea Vendors; he edited music videos for Tribà and Perturbazione (Agosto, awarded at Videoclipped The Radio Stars 2003, broadcasted on MTV and All Music).

He edited and finalized the shorts done by the students during the workshop held by Abbas Kiarostami organized in October 2003 by the Holden school, Torino. He edited and directed several sport videos for Logos TV.

He worked as editor with the directors (among the others): Enrico Bisi, Vittoria Castagneto, Enrico Cerasuolo, Sergio Fergnachino, Franco Fornaris, John W. Fredericks, Fabrizio Galatea, Lucio Lionello e Alessandro Tannoia, Adonella Marena, Nicola Rondolino, Davide Tosco, Claudia Tosi, Enrico Verra.
