Zenit

Zenit Arti Audiovisive is an independent production company founded in 1992 by 11 young partners.

During 15 years the company was able to invest in editing and post-production facilities, thanks to three development plans, (1994-1996, 1997-1999 and 2006-2007), financed by Regione Piemonte.

Since 1996 Zenit activity has raised, the group of partners changed: now the partners are 9, 6 of them being founders. It’s a strongly motivated group with a long shared experience.

Zenit decided to train some of his members in order to face the documentary international market , producing its first intl. doc in 1999. Since then Zenit worked with the main Italian and European broadcasters: RAI, MEDIASET, FOX International Channels Italy, Tele+, ZDF, ARTE, Discovery Channel, DR TV, Planète, RTSI, TSR, RTBF, SBS, VPRO, YLE.

In 2006 Zenit applied and successfully received Slate Funding from the European Union's MEDIA Plus Program to develop 5 documentary projects.

Zenit is a founder member of F.E.R.T. is an associated member of EDN ( European Documentary Network ), member of DOC/IT (Italian Documentary-makers Association), associated to Legacoop.

Zenit develops cultural projects to be broadcast on a national and international basis.
